S3 Studio Rentals - Your Creative Resource

S3 Studio Rentals is a company that offers the highest possible quality and service to those in the Photography, Video, and Production industries by means of our state-of-the-art facility located centrally within the Detroit Metropolitan Area.

Our facility was purpose-built with the needs and expectations of the modern production professional in mind. Unique from other facilities that were converted for use as a studio, our facility was designed and built based on 25 years of commerical photography and production experience.

	Hi-Res Scanner & Digital Retouching We have both flatbed and drum scanners for data archiving, as well as experienced photo retouchers for any digital needs that you or your project may require. We also offer Hi-Res digital capture of fine art prints and paintings for archiving or art show print selling.
	Studio Kitchen Each S3 studio rental includes the use of one of our several large fully-equipped kitchens -- each with room to dine as many as ten people at a time. Catering services are available through a number of local contacts, or you can bring your own food and store it in our fridge over the course of your project.
	Studio Lounge At S3 we understand the need to take a break sometimes and check your e-mail, or just relax with a magazine while you wait for a vehicle to arrive. That is why we provide a comfy studio lounge for all our studio rental clients. Studio Lounges come with a T1 internet connection, comfy chairs or couches, and always lots of reading material.
	Client Conference Room Often our clients need a place to meet and discuss the details of a shoot or production, and we are happy to provide several well-equipped conference rooms for just this purpose. Within the conference room there is available a fast T1 connection, multiple white boards, legal pads, refreshments, and multiple A/V equipment for conducting efficient meetings and conferences.
	Daylight Portrait Studio People always seem to look better when photographed in natural lighting. That is why this Daylight Studio was custom designed; in order to meet the needs of portrait , fashion, and tabletop product photographers. It may be -10 F outside, but it is always comfortable and well-lit with sunshine in this studio. 	On-Site Proofing & Printing Many photographers today like to have an idea about the final printed output of their work while they are still at the studio - just in case they want to make any changes. At S3, we offer the most advanced Computers, Small-large Format Printing, and Accurate Color Proofing -- right on-site.
	Digital 3D Studio Today it is possible to create on a computer what was only possible with a camera just several years ago. At S3 we pride ourselves in having computers with extreme processing power in both the Mac and Windows OS environments for any 3D requirement. Outside of 3D, if you have a project that includes a need for some massive data crunching, we can probably help.
	Dressing Room with Shower Each S3 Studio rental includes the use of a private and clean dressing room, fully-equipped kitchen, and your own set of Men's and Women's Restrooms. We have already met the exacting many artists and actors that you have likely heard of - and we would be more than happy to meet any hospitality need or desire that you may have -- just ask :-)
