The rooftop studio is a wide open outdoor space with an unobstructed view, perfect for automotive photographers and fashion photographers.

Access to the roof is provided by a 12,000 lb capacity vehicle lift that is located securely inside of the building. Photographer /crew/client access is via stairway.

If you need to use our lights or other studio equipment (such as grip, cameras, backgrounds, etc.) we would be more than happy to help you with a package that perfectly meets your needs.

This stage comes with a lift, and an experienced Stage Manager to assist you with anything that you may require. .

Rental of Rooftop Studio includes:

• Studio all day

• Stage Manager 10 hours (M-F) weekend is additional

• Vehicle lift

• Stairs up to studio

• Overhead door (Exterior)12’x14’
